The regional headquarters building for Gateway Bank in Wilmington, NC combines a branch facility on the first floor with regional office space on the second floor. The building was designed to compliment the surrounding upscale development and is an striking contribution to Wilmington’s fast growing Military Cutoff corridor. Brick, precast, a stucco cornice, along with two story curtain wall and complimenting aluminum storefront make up the buildings exterior. The interior is a contemporary, yet classic blend of finishes of light tones and rich cherry wood which enhance the Gateway Bank corporate image.
