The Checkered Flag Audi showroom and service reception was a complete renovation of an existing Jaguar facility. The 5,300 square foot building sits on a modest footprint, but projects a strong visual presence. The dealership’s modern clean form reflects German refinement and minimalist sensibilities. The vehicles are showcased in a ‘museum like’ environment which allows the luxury machines to speak for themselves. Lighting was an integral part of the design providing ‘jewelry store drama’ from the street while showcasing points of interest throughout the facility. A simple palate of quality finishes such as ash wood flooring, and metal ceilings help create a sleek, sophisticated, and upscale experience for the customer.
